From the Title/Owner details form you can click on the icons and hyperlinks to order the guaranteed title, view their phone number, or obtain a full market appraisal report.

Property data is sourced from Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), who are the authoritive source for title, owner and survey information throughout New Zealand. 

Parcel

Bearings and Distances around the parcels are in NZMG coordinate system, and are close to survey accurate around 75% of the time. Survey Accurate bearings and distances are available with the SurveyView  expansion pack, and/or Survey Plans

Title and Owner

QuickMap Enterprise and SalesView make it easy to locate all available titles and owners by Geocoding around 20% more title/owners than made available from LINZ. Whereas LINZ supply all titles and owners, not all these titles and owners are linked to a survey parcel, and therefore cannot be displayed on a map. Custom Software Ltd has created their own Title and Owner match to Parcel, which means that a lot more titles and owners can be searched for, and will appear on the map. The number of Survey Parcels linked to parcel by LINZ is somewhere near 75%, and Custom Software's link is around 95%.
