Property Updates are included with QuickMap Enterprise, and are purchased separately with QuickMap Explorer. The data is refreshed by Custom Software monthly, so will be no more than 4 weeks old when you purchase it, but could be as little as 4 days old. 

The QuickMap Explorer property update contains  property boundaries, street address and roads as shown below.
