QuickMap® Version 7.1 

QuickMap® Version 7.1.127 was released October 2008. This upgrade adds a lot of functionality and data to QuickMap. Here are just some of the highlights;

 

A comprehensive market appraisal report at the click of a button (SalesView only)

Properties currently for sale including house photos (SalesView only)

A new legal road polygon layer, and meridional circuit layer.

1 Comparable Sales Report (SalesView only)

Its easy. Just type in your street address to get the QuickMap Detailed Property Report shown above, then Click the (1) Comparable Sales Report hyperlink.

This will display the form below from which you can choose choose what reports to include in your Market Appraisal.

New to QuickMap, and included in this report are houses currently for sale, complete with house photos. 

Tick the "Include demographics" check box to include population age groups, rental info, ethnicity and other statistical data.

2 Statistical Information

Click on the (2) Stastical Information hyperlink to view demographic information such as population age groups, rental info, ethnicity and much more.

 

3 Phone Numbers

Comming soon - Click on the (3) Phone hyperlink to view phone number for the owner of the property.

 

4 Title Ordering

Click this hyperlink (4) to order a title via LINZ. 

 

5 Survey Plans 

If you have the Survey Plan expansion pack installed, you can now access the survey plan from the property report window by clicking the survey plan icon (5).

 

6 Legal Road Polygons

This new layer in QuickMap shows the boundary of every legal road in New Zealand.  

 

7 Meridional Circuit

We added the Meridional Circuit layer for those Surveyors out there using QuickMap. 

 

8 Import enhancements

When Importing shp, tab or mif files, QuickMap will now automatically create the necessary columns in your database to match the schema used in the import file. 

For example, if your shape file contains a column called "My Clients", and this column does not exist in QuickMap, it will be automatically created so that the source data can be inserted to that column. 

9 Search by Parcel Id

Search by parcel id has been added to the list of Find options.
