Version 7.4 offers Title Preview
FREE and the ability to order legal documents such
as Guaranteed Titles and Survey Plans cheaper and faster
than before.
Documents
are $5.50 + GST. Cached documents (from our archives)
are $2.90 + GST. With over 75% of Survey Plans
already in our document cache, you won't find a cheaper
source anywhere in New Zealand.
Documents
are normally delivered within 4 hours, or you can
request urgent processing for an additional $2.90 if its
within normal working hours. Urgent normally means 10
to 30 minutes delivery.
If
you are running QuickMap®
SalesView, every document is
treated as urgent for no extra fee.
There are no
extra setup or registration costs. Once you have topped up
your prepay account, you are free to order documents by
clicking on the title or plan in the detailed property
report windows.
