When searching for a survey plan in Quickmap 8.4 or above, you may get this error:
Quickmap Survey Plans
No Plan Found.
Do you want to order a plan?
This is most likely because your account is not set up to allow you to view survey plans (which can be corrected by contacting Quickmap) or because you need to re-register Quickmap with a new key. If your key has only 4 characters at the end of it, you’ll need Quickmap to provide you with a 5 character key.
