Unable To Get Date Of Property Data

If you’re unable to get the date of the property data from the “Date of Property Data” option in the menu, this is almost certainly because either:

  • The user account running Quickmap doesn’t have permission to access the data.
  • The data doesn’t exist in the location Quickmap is expecting it to be (perhaps the network drive is disconnected or the data is in another location, for example).
  • The data in the data directory is corrupt.

To fix this, check access to the data and reinstall the data if necessary.
