Unable To Locate Any Records

When searching for an address in Quickmap, you may get this error:

Unsuccessful Search Result

Unable to locate any records!

While it’s possible that this could happen because either you don’t have valid data installed, it’s more likely that it’s because you have hit the enter key without selecting a valid address from the list. This happens most commonly when the Quickmap Search window has been resized so it’s too small to show the list.

To fix the above, first try making the Search window larger by clicking and dragging the bottom right corner of the Search window downwards until you start to see a list of addresses. Failing that, you may need to reinstall your Quickmap data.
